Processing Times
All orders are handmade and made-to-order.

Standard processing: 3–7 business days

Custom or personalized items: 5–10 business days

We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high order volume or a delay in materials, we’ll contact you via email with an update.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery windows:

Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–5 business days after processing

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (if available)
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
T & M Collaborations, LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
If your package was damaged upon arrival, please contact the carrier directly or email us at orders@tandmcollaborations.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist where possible.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States, but may offer international shipping on select items. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
