Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, you have 14 days after delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Custom or personalized items (DTF shirts, custom hats, engraved or made-to-order pieces) are final sale and not returnable, unless defective or damaged on arrival.

How to start a return

Email us at orders@tandmcollaborations.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll reply with next steps and the return address:

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • If the return is due to defect, damage, or our error, we’ll provide a prepaid label.

  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at orders@tandmcollaborations.com so we can make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnables

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure about your item, email us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item once approved and place a new order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase. This does not apply to custom or personalized items.
